Fine Gael TD for Meath West, Damien English and Sinn Fein TD for Louth, Arthur Morgan discussed the fate of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Navan. The HSE stated that all acute and emergency services will end at the hospital all emergences cases will be forced to attend Drogheda Hospital.
